A Little Baby Blether

Having a baby was always a top priority for my Husband and I, we knew in the early days that we both wanted to start a family. That said, we wanted to enjoy our time as a care free couple first. After almost 10 years of marriage, and perhaps a little later than we had planned, we had our beautiful baby girl.

I have to say that we have been very lucky to have a very happy, content baby, but I appreciate that this isn’t the way it is for everyone. There are times when she will have an off day, but don't we all. Ten months in, and I feel we are making a good job of parenting. It’s all just a learning process, and you can’t get it right 100% of the time. It’s challenging at worst, but has enriched our lives beyond belief.

Now, with this lovely bundle of joy, has come a rather expensive issue, I am an even bigger spendaholic than I was pre-baby. My shopping trips now, not only  involve a whole lot of browsing (buying) of beauty halls, but a whole lot of baby shops too. Internet shopping takes things to a whole different level, as I have access to so many shops that are not available in my area. This all equals one very overworked bank card! It’s just as well that my return to work
is just around the corner, as the maternity pay is rapidly dwindling!

I have some more baby related posts coming up soon, including some of our top product picks, and reviews. Thanks for reading.
